CPP-CEA IPB Photosynthesis Chamber

Monitor plant photosynthesis data live, from anywhere

Data is acquired in real time. Every chamber sends its measurements to the server automatically, so photosynthesis rate, transpiration, CO₂, and microclimate appear on the dashboard right away.

What is the CPP-CEA Chamber System?

A web platform for monitoring and acquiring data from the whole-plant photosynthesis chambers of the Center for Plant Phenotyping and Controlled Environment Agriculture (CPP-CEA), IPB University. Data is acquired in real time, so researchers can follow the current conditions of their own chambers, browse past data, and download datasets without being on site.

Core platform features

Real-time data

Chamber sensors take a reading about every 20 seconds and send it straight to the server. The dashboard updates its charts on its own, without reloading, on a computer or a phone.

Your own chambers

Each account sees only the chambers assigned to it, each with its own data transmission status.

Data analysis

Compare relationships between parameters in 2D and 3D charts for any date range.

Dataset download

Export data to CSV, one file per day or merged into a single file, ready for further analysis.

Dashboard feature tour
